When you cannot be home for a contractor or service visit, a vetted Bell Rep goes to your home in your place: your eyes, your ears, and your advocate. Your Bell Rep arrives before the service provider, checks their ID and credentials, sends photo updates, and delivers a visit summary.

Join the founding list today. When booking opens in your area, you book a Bell Rep at athomewithbell.com. Pick your service type, date, and time window. Your request goes to vetted Bell Reps (all 21 or older and Checkr background-checked) who serve your ZIP. The first one to accept is your Bell Rep, and we text you their first name right away. Your Bell Rep arrives at your home before the service provider shows up, stays for the entire visit, and sends you real-time photo updates throughout. When the job is done, your Bell Rep confirms everything is complete and your home is secure before leaving.

Homeowners pay a $100 deposit per booking. That covers a two-hour Bell Rep window. Any unused time is refunded automatically after the visit is marked complete. Nothing is charged until your first booking.

Bell Reps are vetted independent professionals who represent you during home service visits. Every Bell Rep is 21 or older, passes a Checkr background check before their first visit, wears a body camera disclosed to the service provider on arrival, and is rated after every booking. We remove anyone who does not meet our standards. You can request a woman, every time.

You choose how your Bell Rep gets in: an auto-expiring smart-lock code, a lockbox, a garage code, or exterior-only. Never a key you cannot take back. Access opens for the visit and closes when it ends.

Yes. Before a Bell Rep accepts your visit, they see only your city and ZIP code. Your full home address is only shared with a Bell Rep after they have formally accepted your booking. No one else sees your address.

Your Bell Rep is on site and in communication with you throughout the entire visit. If anything goes wrong, they notify you immediately and can contact emergency services if needed. You can also reach us directly at contact@athomewithbell.com.

Yes. Bell works for any home service visit including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repair, pest control, cleaning, inspections, and more. If a service provider is coming to your home, a Bell Rep can represent you.

As a Bell Rep you show up at a homeowner's home before the service provider arrives. You verify their credentials and ID at the door, stay for the entire visit, send the homeowner real-time photo updates, wear a body camera disclosed on arrival, and make sure the home is secure before you leave. You are the homeowner's eyes, ears, and advocate on site.

Start on the Become a Bell Rep page at athomewithbell.com/become-a-bell-rep and apply there. Your application will be reviewed by our team. You will need to pass a background check before your first visit. Once approved, you can start seeing and accepting jobs in your area.

Bell Reps earn $25–35/hr for completed visits. You set your own availability and accept only the jobs you want. Payment is sent to your Venmo or Zelle after each completed booking.

No. Bell Reps are independent contractors, not employees of At Home with Bell LLC. You set your own schedule, work when you want, and are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if your earnings meet the applicable threshold.

You need to be at least 21 years old, have a valid government-issued photo ID, and pass our background check. No special trade license or experience is required. You just need to be reliable, professional, and trustworthy.

Fill out the service provider form at athomewithbell.com/interest/service-provider. Our team will review your business information, including your license and insurance. Once approved, your business will be visible to homeowners in your area.

The Bell Rep is there on behalf of the homeowner. They are not there to supervise or interfere with your work. They verify your credentials at the door, stay on site, and keep the homeowner updated. Every Bell Rep wears a body camera during the visit and will tell you on arrival. Think of them as the homeowner's representative. Most service providers find it makes jobs smoother because there is always a clear point of contact on site.

You must hold all licenses and permits required by Texas law for your trade or service and maintain valid business insurance. You must honor your quoted pricing and treat Bell Reps and homeowners professionally at all times.
