At Home with Bell is the first Presence-as-a-Service™ platform. When you cannot be home for a contractor or service visit we send a vetted trusted person to your home in your place. Your eyes at home so you never miss work.

You book a Bell Rep through the app. Pick your service type date and time window. We match you with an available Bell Rep in your area. Your Bell Rep arrives at your home before the contractor shows up stays for the entire visit and sends you real time updates throughout. When the job is done your Bell Rep confirms everything is complete and your home is secure before leaving.

Homeowners pay a $100 deposit per booking. That covers a two hour Bell Rep window. Any unused time is refunded automatically after the visit is marked complete. If the visit runs longer than two hours the additional time is applied from your remaining deposit balance.

Bell Reps are vetted background checked independent professionals who are trained to represent you during home service visits. Every Bell Rep passes a criminal background check before their first visit. They are rated after every booking and we remove anyone who does not meet our standards.

Yes. Bell Reps only see your ZIP code and neighborhood when matching. Your full home address is only shared with a Bell Rep after they have formally accepted your booking. No one else sees your address.

Your Bell Rep is on site and in communication with you throughout the entire visit. If anything goes wrong they notify you immediately and can contact emergency services if needed. You can also reach us directly at contact@athomewithbell.com.

Yes. Bell works for any home service visit including plumbing electrical HVAC general repair pest control cleaning inspections and more. If a contractor is coming to your home, a Bell Rep can represent you.

As a Bell Rep you show up at a homeowner's home before the contractor arrives. You verify the contractor's credentials and ID at the door stay for the entire visit send the homeowner real time updates and make sure the home is secure before you leave. You are the homeowner's trusted presence on site.

Apply at athomewithbell.com. Select Bell Rep during signup. Your application will be reviewed by our team. You will need to pass a background check before your first visit. Once approved you can start seeing and accepting jobs in your area.

Bell Reps earn a per booking fee for each completed visit. You set your own availability and accept only the jobs you want. Payment is sent to your Venmo or Zelle after each completed booking.

No. Bell Reps are independent contractors not employees of At Home with Bell LLC. You set your own schedule work when you want and are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if your earnings meet the applicable threshold.

You need to be at least 21 years old have a valid government issued photo ID and pass our background check. No special trade license or experience is required. You just need to be reliable professional and trustworthy.

Apply at athomewithbell.com and select Service Provider during signup. Our team will review your business information including your license and insurance. Once approved your business will be visible to homeowners in your area.

Service providers pay a monthly listing fee to be discoverable on the Bell platform. Contact us at contact@athomewithbell.com for current pricing.

The Bell Rep is there on behalf of the homeowner. They are not there to supervise or interfere with your work. They verify your credentials at the door stay on site and keep the homeowner updated. Think of them as the homeowner's representative. Most service providers find it makes jobs smoother because there is always a clear point of contact on site.

You must hold all licenses and permits required by Texas law for your trade or service and maintain valid business insurance. You must honor your quoted pricing and treat Bell Reps and homeowners professionally at all times.
