    By using At Home with Bell you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

    The Platform

    At Home with Bell is a three-sided marketplace that connects homeowners with vetted Bell Reps who are present during home service visits, and with trusted vendors who provide those home services.

    Bell is the platform. Bell Reps and vendors are independent contractors and businesses, not employees of At Home with Bell.

    Your Account

    You must be 21 or older to create an account.

    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

    You may only create one account per person.

    You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    For Homeowners

    When you book a Bell Rep you agree to:

    • Provide accurate information about the service visit including address, date, and time window.
    • Pay the required deposit at the time of booking.
    • Be available by phone or message during the visit window.
    • Treat Bell Reps with respect.
    • Leave an honest review after each completed visit.

    For Bell Reps

    As a Bell Rep you agree to:

    • Complete a background check before your first booking.
    • Arrive at the property before the contractor or service provider.
    • Represent the homeowner professionally and honestly.
    • Not share homeowner addresses or personal information with anyone outside the platform.
    • Report any safety concerns immediately through the app.
    • Operate as an independent 1099 contractor. Bell does not provide employment benefits.

    For Vendors

    As a Bell-listed vendor you agree to:

    • Provide accurate information about your business, license, and insurance.
    • Welcome and respect the Bell Rep present at any booking.
    • Honor your quoted pricing. No surprise charges.
    • Maintain current licensing and insurance as required by Texas law.
    • Treat homeowners and Bell Reps with professionalism at all times.

    Payments

    Homeowners pay a deposit at the time of booking.

    The deposit covers a two hour Bell Rep window.

    Any unused portion of the deposit is refunded automatically after the visit is marked complete.

    Any time beyond the two hour window is billed from the remaining deposit balance.

    Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    Bell takes a platform fee from each completed booking.

    Bell Reps are paid as independent contractors after job completion.

    What Is Not Allowed

    You may not use Bell to:

    • Harass, threaten, or harm any other user.
    • Share another user's personal information outside the platform.
    • Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity.
    • Circumvent the platform to arrange bookings or payments outside of Bell.
    • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

    Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination.

    Our Liability

    At Home with Bell is a platform that connects independent parties. We are not responsible for the actions of Bell Reps, homeowners, or vendors.

    We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform beyond the amount paid for the booking in question.

    We strongly encourage all users to verify credentials, communicate clearly, and report any concerns immediately.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
