What is At Home with Bell?

At Home with Bell is a Presence-as-a-Service™ platform. When you cannot be home for a plumber, HVAC tech, or any service visit, a vetted Bell Rep goes in your place: your eyes, your ears, and your advocate. Your Bell Rep arrives before the service provider, checks their ID and credentials at the door, works through a visit checklist on your behalf, sends you photo updates while the work happens, and delivers a visit summary when it closes. Every Bell Rep is 21 or older, passes a Checkr background check before their first visit, wears a body camera disclosed to the service provider on arrival, and is rated after every booking. You choose how your Bell Rep gets in: an auto-expiring smart-lock code, a lockbox, a garage code, or exterior-only. You can request a woman, every time. A booking is a $100 deposit that covers a two-hour Bell Rep window; unused time is refunded automatically after the visit is marked complete. Launching in New Braunfels (ZIP codes 78130 and 78132) and Carrollton (ZIP codes 75006, 75007, 75010, and 75019), Texas, with Dallas next. Founding members get the first bookings, and nothing is charged until your first booking. Women can now be in two places at once. Just Bell it.

At Home with Bell started with one moment.

Laura needed a contractor at her home. She could not be there. She had a meeting at 11:30 and the plumber was coming at 12.

She needed a real trusted person to simply show up in her place. Not an app that showed her a camera feed. Not a neighbor she felt bad asking. A person. Present. Accountable. There.

That service did not exist.

So we built it.

Laura is Co-Founder of Brand and Operations at At Home with Bell. She is the reason Bell exists and the standard everything we build is measured against. When we ask whether something is good enough the question we actually ask is whether it is good enough for her.
