At Home with Bell started with one moment.

Laura needed a contractor at her home. She could not be there. She had a meeting at 11:30 and the plumber was coming at 12.

She needed a real trusted person to simply show up in her place. Not an app that showed her a camera feed. Not a neighbor she felt bad asking. A person. Present. Accountable. There.

That service did not exist.

So we built it.

Laura is Co-Founder of Brand and Operations at At Home with Bell. She is the reason Bell exists and the standard everything we build is measured against. When we ask whether something is good enough the question we actually ask is whether it is good enough for her.
