    • Home address (homeowners only)
    • Payment information processed securely through Stripe

    When you use the platform:

    • Booking details and history
    • Messages sent through the app
    • Reviews and ratings

    • Usage data and app interactions

    When you submit an intake form:

    • Contact information you provide
    • Your area of interest

    How We Use It

    To match homeowners with vetted Bell Reps in their area.

    To send booking confirmations, status updates, and notifications about your visits.

    To process payments and issue refunds when applicable.

    To verify Bell Rep backgrounds and maintain platform safety.

    To improve the platform and develop new features.

    To communicate important updates about your account or our service.

    We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

    How We Share It

    Bell Reps receive your ZIP code and neighborhood when matching. Your full home address is only shared with a Bell Rep after they have accepted your booking.

    Vendors may see booking details relevant to their service visit.

    We use the following trusted service providers to operate the platform:

    • Supabase — database and authentication
    • Stripe — payment processing
    • Resend — transactional email
    • Twilio — SMS notifications
    • Google — analytics and workspace

    Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

    We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

    How We Protect It

    All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and TLS.

    Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own information.

    Payment information is never stored on our servers. All payments are processed directly through Stripe.

    Bell Rep access to homeowner addresses is restricted until a booking is confirmed and accepted.

    You have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correct any inaccurate information in your profile.
    • Delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
    • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
